We started FlapJacked from a nourishment need for our son Jace, who has Autism. Children with Autism are picky eaters. Jace dislikes the texture of most foods so we developed our first products, protein-fortified pancakes and muffins he could eat. Now we have moved onto a soft cookie he can eat with health benefits. For children like Jace, every nutrient and benefit counts.
