We started Evoke Healthy Foods because your food should make you happy, inside and out. Too many snacks leave us feeling guilty, or worse- lethargic and tired because of empty calories. We should have a truly healthy option, without anything artificial, when (and of course our kids!) want a sweet snack. With whole grains and low sugar, Happy Snaps provide quality nutrition and great taste. They just so happen to be gluten-free and produced in a dedicated nut-free facility, making them perfect for school snacks. There is a big void in the “sweet crunchy healthy” snack space that Happy Snaps fills. There’s plenty of savory crunchy (healthy and unhealthy) and sweet crunchy unhealthy. The market has conditioned us and our kids to crave sweet but there aren’t healthy options with clean ingredients. Using a proprietary whole grain oats, we have created a unique crisp that is light and sweetened with just a touch of natural cane sugar.
