We started Caffe Appassionato in 1990, in Seattle, Washington and knew it was destined to be a "classic". After all, we are named our Coffee Roasting Company after a Beethoven Sonata, "Appassionata". Our intent was to produce great tasting, award-winning coffee Roasts and Blends in what is known as the Coffee Capitol of The USA! Today we count many awards attesting to our Roasting techniques for producing smooth tasting coffees, well balanced with wonderful aromas and body of which all are low in acidity and gentle on the stomach. All are available in Whole Bean or Ground for Drip.

Ingredients

Decaf Blend: 100% Premium Arabia Beans. A Swiss Water Processed Decaffeinated coffee from Central and South America, skillfully arranged to produce a lively flavor.

Emperor's Blend: 100% Premium Arabia Beans. A regal blend of Indonesian, Central and South American coffees uniquely roasted to yield a wonderfully complex taste.

Tempest Blend: 100% Premium Arabia Beans. A bold, hard-driving French roast with a smooth and satisfying smokey finish.

Arietta Blend: 100% Premium Arabia Beans. A crisp orchestration of Central and South American coffees. A passionate cup of coffee.
