We started Bonafide Provisions in 2011 lead by Sharon Brown, a mom and Clinical Nutritionist who used bone broth as part of a nutrition protocol to transform the health of her son and thousands of nutrition clients across the country. Bone broth was a cornerstone of Sharon’s nutrition protocol, but, back then there was no commercially available bone broth that met Sharon’s standards. She enlisted the help of her husband Reb, a professionally-trained chef, to help her make bone broth for her clients.
