We started Alter Eco to create chocolate that is made with whole ingredients without compromise. The Grass Fed Milk Collection is our way of crafting a new twist on traditional milk chocolate using the best quality milk from open pastured, grass fed cows in the alpine valleys of Switzerland. With 46% cocoa sourced from small scale farmers in Peru who are paid 30% over the fair trade price, it is how milk chocolate was meant to be. Both clean & sustainable.
