It works!
It helps my kids when they have had coughs and chest congestion! I would recommend it. It also has no dues which is wonderful! It's hard to find any without dyes so this is great to purchase if you are looking out for dyes in cough medicine.
A cough to never return
A cough is a terrible thing to have but this medicine worked wonders. It helped when going to sleep and gave a good restful nights sleep. The best way to get through a day also.

I love this for my kids
I love this medicine for my three kids because it is clean, free of dye parabens... but it still actually WORKS!! My kids also say that the taste is not too bad as far as medicine is concerned. We have already bought more Genexa products to replace the ones in our cabinets.

I don’t think this worked any better then our normal go to cough and cold for my child I would not buy again because it doesn’t seem to work any better
