I liked it, would use it and definitely get friends too. It also helped my partner with joint health. I have tried a lot of things but this worked well.
I confess, I passed this product onto an older friend with knee pain. Happily, I can report that she's back to hiking up mountains, so I'd say it's worth at least 4 stars! I'm definitely keeping it in mind for when my joints start acting up.
No I would not recommend thus product ..I felt it was fairly ineffective and I did not notice any change in my joint health . I think it would be a waste to money

I have only used this product for a couple weeks so far, and haven't noticed much of a difference yet. But I do prefer a more gradual remedy instead of an immediate but short-term one, so I am hoping that this is what is happening. I like that the ingredients are safe. After a couple more weeks of usage I will update my review.
Meh it worked ok I didn't really notice a difference in anything for my pain not sure if you have to take for a certain period to see effects or not. Not a big fan of taking pills so taking a few a day bugged me other wise all good.
Noticed a slight improvement in inflammation. Noticed an improvement in pain. It's hard to tell if it's the product or I'm having a good day. Worth trying if you have joint pain and swelling.
I got this product for my mom to try for her osteoarthritis pain. It helped her relieved her pain and allowed her to walk more within 7 days.
I used it for about a week off and on and it seemed to alleviate some joint pain I've been having in my ankles and knees. The instructions are simple to follow and the capsules are easy to take. I really like that it's made with quality ingredients and based on quality clinical research as well as being vegan and celiac friendly, which I'm not in either category but great for people who are.
