I have tried a few different brands of protein ice cream and have also made my own versions with the Creami. There is something after the aftertaste of this ice cream that is slightly off-putting. The sugar content is also quite high. I find that to be a bigger deterrent than the aftertaste. So I will stick to making my own high protein ice cream.
