When I boiled the pasta, water is thicker and more yellow. Mine was spaghetti. It doesn't have normal pasta texture, but I felt this was healthy.

Fun cubetti shape perfect for minestrone
I have purchased many Brami products before so I was excited to try this new Cubetti shape. It was perfect in my minestrone soup I made and gave it a richer thicker texture to the soup. I love that their products are made better than other brands and I will continue to buy more!

Taste and texture are a little unexpected
The taste isn't quite the same as regular pasta, but it's not bad. The texture is different as well. It doesn't quite have the same chew. Not bad, just different.

It was tasty it wasn’t our dinner, but it was GMO free and I really enjoyed that it was me and I hope that you give it a chance to see what you think about it too. Cooked up wonderfully and it taste good.

Taste just like regular pasta but you do have to cook it a bit longer than whats recommend on the box. Ate with white sauce and you could barely tell the difference between this and the normal

Love Brami Protein Pasta!
I have been purchasing Brami for years. I really do love this pasta. My husband can't tell the difference between this and regular pasta. I love the added fiber and protein. Makes a well-balanced meal and very easy to cook. Not mushy at all!!!!!
