Pleasantly Relaxing
I enjoyed the product but the smell was a little on the strong side. The product made me pleasantly relaxed but the smell was very annoying.
Helped me sleep
Herbal sleep helped me get several hours of really amazing sleep. Easy to use on the go. No worries about having a drink to take it. I have as able to sleep within 20 minutes of taking it.
Won't offset bad habits and will enhance good.
Nothing will help you get better rest if you don't keep your room where you sleep uncluttered with stuff and/or tech. This won't offset those things but will enhance your rest if you put in the effort beforehand to set up a peaceful sleep area.

I personally prefer an herbal smell to help with sleep. I find that this product was helpful for sleep. Used a few sprays and found myself instantly enjoying the scent.
