They are healthy nuts- NO seed oils!! But they didn’t have much flavor. The individual packages make it easy to stick to a serving size or to use in a packed lunch. But I imagine the individual packages costs more, so for me- it’s not worth it. Very very lightly salted! Wish they were organic.

Simply the Best!
Mauna Loa is the BEST company for nuts! No matter what variety, the taste is always fresh and the perfect snack. Each individual packet has a reasonable serving size and is so conveinent for travel and a quick snack when out and about. I love how buttery and salty (but not too salty) the product is. It is a great value and the best on the market. You bet I will be sure to have these on hand at all times for a tasty, yet healthy snack.
