Tasty salami
Though, I was highly anticipating trying this salami since previous products I've had were delicious. Regrettably it did not meet the expectations I set. The flavor is ok, the texture was kinda soft. Overall, this feel flat
Tastes good
The cubed salami tastes good. I added some of it to my salads, put some of it on pizza, and made a sandwich with some of it. It was good to just snack on, too.

It was okay
Not my fav! But it wasn’t bad. It was a bit tough and there was not a lot of flavor per see. I like how they were bite-sized, good for a quick snack.
Salami Cubes
The Hard Salami Cubes weren't super hard like the name says. They are adequately salty and paired well with unsalted crackers. I can imagine this works well in a charcuterie toothpick stick combo.

I made little charcuterie snacks with this meat. A little bit of cheese, a pickle and some meat and it was a very good snack! I liked the convenience of the cubed salami.
Pricey but convenient
I really liked the packaging for the salami and how its cut up into cubes already. This makes packing for lunch very easy, however there is only about 2 servings in this package and it is a little more on the pricey side. The taste wasn't bad, but i'm not sure for the hefty price tag.
Worst Tasting Salami - Fake flavor
I really did not like the Upper Cut Cubed Hard Salami. The flavor was not appealing to me, and I didn’t enjoy the texture either. I expected a more savory, flavorful hard salami, but this just didn’t taste good to me. Unfortunately, this is a product I would not purchase again
Hard Salami Cubes
The hard salami cube weren't texturally really hard just like firm ham. It was perfectly salted and had a good salami taste. I paired it with crackers and cheese for a great snack.
Okay flavor
Packaging is cute but the quantity is a little too small for the price range. Flavors are okay, on par with other cured meats in the market.
