Delicious and exotic
I loved trying these they’re so good and convenient. I never have had the time to go out and try new restaurants so I was delighted when I saw these and even more after I had tasted it.
Naturally good
In West Africa, AYO means joy. So it was fitting that when a natural products industry vet and a serial entrepreneur joined forces with some of the most prominent West African Chefs, it would be a labor of love that inspired lots of joy along the way.
Anyone who knows them will tell you that nothing brings them more joy than sharing a meal with friends and family. So they are incredibly proud to share chef curated, thoughtfully sourced, meals with you.
They invite you to sit down, dig in, and join them as we celebrate the culture, the people, and the food that inspires them!

I was shocked at how good they were!
I wasn’t sure what to do expect from a prepackaged meal, but this turned out to be better than I anticipated. I ended up buying more after I tried it!
Always open to new flavors
I tried the Ayo West African bowls and liked the flavors overall, but the chicken was a little dry for me. Still, I’d be open to trying another variety.
Out to me.
The hand crafted west African bowls from AYO food was okay. The flavor was there and it was easy to prepare but it didn’t really stand out to me, but I will give it another chance.

Great flavor!
I had never tried African food prior to buying this product. It was a very good intro. The spices are warm and inviting and the texture of the chicken is very good. Overall, I really enjoyed this new dish
No clue
I can't even tell you what I like about this. Didn't even eat any. I wish I could've tried it.sorry about that. it sounds good to. hope I can
Good product
I like the choice options and how easy it is to make on the go. The meals options are great and are very easy to make. We ended up trying few flavors.
Hard to find but tasty
These were very difficult to find in stock, but I was able to track down a jollof rice with chicken. I can't compare the authenticity, but found it very flavorful. The only drawback was that it was a bit oily, I'm used to lower fat frozen meals.
Yummmm
My daughters love African food, especially that of Ghana and Nigeria. This did not disappoint. It was spicy and flavorful. You can’t make this food from scratch super quick so we definitely appreciated the microwave readiness of it.
I wanted to try this brand
I think it's amazing that frozen foods are starting ro diversify to African flavors too. A much needed addition. Unfortunately every time I went to the store I couldn't find these flavors.
