It is easy to use, and tastes great. My pancakes and muffins came out fluffy and light. My only downside is that it is pricier than other flours mixes.

Easy to follow instructions - used half butter half oil and the batch of brownies turned out chewy and chocolatey as if I made it from scratch . Delicious - great consistency in the mix and love the cocoa powder in it. Will definitely use again
