You can feel the quality of this mix. The flour was so fine and fluffy. I was super surprised since it’s grain free. The bread itself was a little sweet but not off putting. The recipe was really to follow and didn’t require a lot of extra ingredients either.

Make your own bread easily
This reminds me of a thick pita bread. When we prepared this we served it as a mini appetizer. Simple just with balsamic vinegar and olive oil salt and pepper. The flavor is there and this product is non good and paleo friendly. Try it out add it to your fun meals

I usually like Bob's Red Mill product, but this specific one had an odd grainy texture to it. Not sure I'd buy this one again as my family was not wild about it.

the flatbread tasted good. It was easy to make. It would be good as a base for pizza or spread it with some jelly. For sandwiches I personally prefer something a bit more moist.
