Grain free baking mix by Otto’s Naturals is a handy and tasty baking mix. I want to try all of the variations. Try them all, too, you’ll like them.

The cookie mix was pretty straightforward.As if you were to buy any other one, however I'll be honest.I don't think I would purchase it again because it was $8.49. I feel like I could have made a whole bunch of more cookies with ingredients that I could have bought in the bulk section at another store.

The flavor after mixing in everything it says to make something. Definitely didn’t like the texture. Made the pastries taste chalky after. Like need to be fluffier flour

Upon buying these, my husband swore he wouldn't eat baked goods without grain or gluten in them out of fear that they wouldn't "taste or feel the same." However, after trying the classic brownie mix, he quickly changed his mind. My whole family enjoyed the resulting product, which, as a busy mom who often wants to enjoy a treat while trying to be health-conscious, is a huge win in my book. The only issue I have with this product is that it's quite pricey compared to other alternatives, so this isn't something we can purchase often

Good gluten-free alternative
I didn't receive this product due to a mix-up with my receipts. If the flavor is similar to regular Otto’s cassava flour, I’m not particularly fond of the taste. I think I need to try different recipe variations.
