Kale Artichoke Yogurt Dip
This fresh version is a playful twist on traditional artichoke dip, without the heaviness of mayonnaise and melted cheese, but with superb and complex flavors nonetheless. Chopped kale adds leafy green nutrition to the classic combo of yogurt, lemon and garlic. Try this at your next party or potluck—we promise your guests will devour it!
Prep Time: 20 minutes
4 cups kale, chopped
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. garlic, microplaned
2 cups Redwood Hill Farm plain goat milk yogurt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
If desired, refrigerate dip for at least one hour, to allow flavors to develop, or serve immediately. try serving the dip in a bread bowl, which creates a beautiful and colorful contrast, and to accompany with crackers, corn chips and fresh vegetable sticks.
It was difficult to find in the flavor I was looking for but I did get 2 I thought I would enjoy. To me it tastes like Greek yogurt and is a little bitter but it’s still very good and a good cow milk alternative
Overall I thought this yogurt was just ok. It had a nice creamy texture, but the flavor was definitely... goaty. I'm someone who loves goat cheese, so the flavor wasn't incredibly off-putting, but that just isn't something I want to taste in my yogurt.
I thought this had a very unique but flavorful taste. I really enjoyed the apricot-mango flavor. I honestly could see this product being used in cooking as a savory and rich alternative to Greek yogurt or sour cream in recipes.
This product was great! I tried the vanilla and blueberry and loved them both. I eat my yogurt in the morning with granola and fruit and this was a great consistency with great subtle flavor!
Not my favorite type of yogurt. A little more loose than normal yogurt which is a little off putting for my since I have textural issues with food sometimes. Smelt great and had great flavor, just wish it was a little thicker for me.
