Kale Artichoke Yogurt Dip
This fresh version is a playful twist on traditional artichoke dip, without the heaviness of mayonnaise and melted cheese, but with superb and complex flavors nonetheless. Chopped kale adds leafy green nutrition to the classic combo of yogurt, lemon and garlic. Try this at your next party or potluck—we promise your guests will devour it!
Prep Time: 20 minutes
4 cups kale, chopped
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. garlic, microplaned
2 cups Redwood Hill Farm plain goat milk yogurt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
If desired, refrigerate dip for at least one hour, to allow flavors to develop, or serve immediately. try serving the dip in a bread bowl, which creates a beautiful and colorful contrast, and to accompany with crackers, corn chips and fresh vegetable sticks.
I love Redwood Hill Farm's goat yogurt and kefir products. Great taste, not too "goaty." I can definitely trust this brand! I especially like the Blueberry, Apricot Mango and Vanilla flavors
It was good and better than expected. Goat milk is an alternative many aren't aware of. This is an opportunity for you to judge Goat Milk Yogurt for yourself.
I had never tried goats milk or any goat products before. It was pretty good and not what I expected. It wasn't too sweet and was very smooth.
This was some really nice and smooth yogurt that I really enjoy, this is also really nice because all of the natural ingredients in it, which gives me and easier mind when consuming it
I loved it! I have never tried any type of goat milk, but I was pleasantly surprised. I actually liked it much better than cow's milk yogurt. It tasted light and refreshing, plus not overly sweet like some flavored yogurt tends to be for my liking. I would definitely purchase again and tell friends and family about it.
