4 cups kale, chopped
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. garlic, microplaned
2 cups Redwood Hill Farm plain goat milk yogurt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
If desired, refrigerate dip for at least one hour, to allow flavors to develop, or serve immediately. try serving the dip in a bread bowl, which creates a beautiful and colorful contrast, and to accompany with crackers, corn chips and fresh vegetable sticks.
My daughter is lactose intolerant so having a goat milk yogurt is something I found exciting. I tried the blueberry and shared with my daughter. She enjoyed it and so did I
It was my first time trying Goat Milk and boy did I love it. I tried the blueberry flavor of this product. The flavor of the yogurt and the blueberry flavor did not gel really well unlike most other flavored yogurts in the market. Definitely would recommend everyone to try this product if you haven't tried a Goat Milk product yet.
I tried this product as well as the goat mills and I found out I don’t love goats milk to eat. Taking a bath in goats milk I loved but the taste is too different for me to get into
I was really impressed with the Goat Milk Yougurt. I had got the strawberry and it tasted delicious. I enjoyed it much more over other brands. I have purchased the blueberry too, and was really good. I love the fact that it is organic fruit. Have purchased many. Great snack and healthy. 😊
I liked the yogurt, it was a bit tough to find in my area though. I thought it had a nice flavor, the packaging was nice to look at. I would like it in different varities
