This fresh version is a playful twist on traditional artichoke dip, without the heaviness of mayonnaise and melted cheese, but with superb and complex flavors nonetheless. Prep Time: 20 minutes
4 cups kale, chopped
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained well and chopped
3 green onions, thinly sliced
2 tsp. garlic, microplaned
2 cups Redwood Hill Farm plain goat milk yogurt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
If desired, refrigerate dip for at least one hour, to allow flavors to develop, or serve immediately. try serving the dip in a bread bowl, which creates a beautiful and colorful contrast, and to accompany with crackers, corn chips and fresh vegetable sticks.

I love eating yogurt for breakfast, lunch, or whenever I'm hungry. It's high in protein while giving me my regular dose of calcium. The probiotics are super healthy as well.
This yogurt was very creamy and full of flavor. I only hate that the store didn't offer more flavors. i want to try them all! My hubby even liked it and he hates yogurt!!!
I had the vanilla flavor. It tasted so fresh, rich, and delicious with the unique goat milk flavor. Highly recommended. I will purchase again.
It took me a really long time to find this product; went to several stores and they only had plain. I finally found strawberry flavor since I am not a fan of plain yogurt. I would say I did like the texture of the yogurt and the overall appearance of it. It was nothing different than other yogurts I have tried. The taste is just okay but I do not particularly like the aftertaste of the product. I probably will not be buying this yogurt after it just because I am not a fan of that tart taste.
