About Feel Good Foods

Vanessa, our co-founder, grew up in the restaurant industry, working in her family’s Chinese restaurants and bagel shops, with a dream of owning her own restaurant. At the age of 20, she was diagnosed with celiac disease after years of not feeling well. She was so heartbroken at the idea of not being able to still enjoy the potstickers at her dad’s restaurants. Immediately following her diagnosis, she was determined to be able to find a way to eat her favorite foods again. She met Tryg, a chef who helped make it all happen. Together they created gluten-free versions of the foods Vanessa missed most. After years of hard work, dedication and R&D, Feel Good Foods was born.
