Jalapeño popper are 🔥

I loved the jalapeño poppers so much! Highly recommend. My only complaint is how expensive they are but I guess that's expected with gluten free stuff.

About Feel Good Foods

Vanessa, our co-founder, grew up in the restaurant industry, working in her family’s Chinese restaurants and bagel shops, with a dream of owning her own restaurant. At the age of 20, she was diagnosed with celiac disease after years of not feeling well. She was so heartbroken at the idea of not being able to still enjoy the potstickers at her dad’s restaurants. Immediately following her diagnosis, she was determined to be able to find a way to eat her favorite foods again. She met Tryg, a chef who helped make it all happen. Together they created gluten-free versions of the foods Vanessa missed most. After years of hard work, dedication and R&D, Feel Good Foods was born. The poppers taste great but they aren’t really stuffed jalapeño peppers. They are balls of cream cheese with flakes of jalapeño peppers mixed in and rolled in crumbs. Don’t let that fool you. They are spit!

Pretty good in the airfryer

We tried the mozzarella sticks and the chicken nuggets. They both taste really good the mozzarella sticks did not do very well in the air fryer the cheese came out of the coating but they still tasted great. The chicken nuggets were crispy on both sides had a great flavor , we ate them without the sauce but maybe next time we'll try the sauce if we had some rice with it.

I’ve tried many a mozzarella sticks. I like gluten free healthier options. I followed directions on the box but the mozz always exploded out leaving a shell of disappointment. Tried lower temps and even less cooking time. Same problem. The gluten free exterior was crispy and good, but lacked any flavor.
