How it works

Gluten is gently removed from wheat through a washing process, leaving behind starch that keeps the taste and texture of wheat – without the gluten.

Cappello's Crispy Crust Five Cheese Pizza has a perfect crust - it's crispy on the outside but still has a nice chew to it. Gluten-free foods sometimes get a bad rap, and although I don't follow a gluten-free diet, I thought this crust was delicious. It wasn't soggy or hard and I couldn't even tell that it was gluten-free. I also believe that sauce can really make or break a pizza - I personally like a lot of sauce and felt that this had a good amount, and that the sauce was really flavorful.
