It all started when two friends, Ben and Stacey, traded in their day jobs for dirt under their nails and real food on their plates. After making a lot of messes, what they came up with wasn’t just a far better gluten-free pizza, pasta, and cookie dough. It was the beginning of our mission to bring a little wonder back to the frozen food aisle.

Great crust
The crust is great, especially for a frozen pizza. But it is just that, a frozen pizza. The sauce and pizza are okay in a pinch but I wouldn't buy it otherwise.

Although I'm not gluten-free, I was pleasantly surprised by Cappello's. The crust was nice and thin, and there was a good amount of pepperoni.

Pretty good
It's hard to find a good gluten free pizza, but Capello's exceeded my expectations. It bakes to a perfectly crispy crust in the oven and the cheese melts nicely. Everybody in our house loved it.

Best frozen pizza, delicious!
This is restaurant quality pizza, it tastes amazing! I love the thin style crust and the flavor combo of the 5 different cheeses. My daughter and I were so pleased with this, we have bought it several times since. Super easy to make and the size is perfect for feeding multiple people.

Good gluten free pizza
This tasted like a pretty normal gluten-free frozen pizza. It probably won't win any Michelin stars, but it didn't have any bad aftertaste, and the crunch on the crust was good. It's a thinner-crust pizza, as typical for a gluten-free pizza. The only reason why this gets 4 stars, and not 5, is because for the price of 15 dollars for a frozen pizza, I'd rather get a fresh one from my local gluten-free restaurant.
