Gluten Free Margherita Frozen Pizza

We started Etalia Foods after thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail, the stress put on my body triggered my gluten intolerance. Pizza is my favorite food—I'm from New York, so I have high pizza standards :) The gluten-free pizzas on the market were not at all what I wanted—they were flat like a cracker and tasteless. So, I decided to create my own real-deal, gluten-free pizza! Our crust rises and bubbles as it bakes. Truly amazing and delicious!
