In a pinch okay
It was a little dry but works in a pinch. It has a long shelf life. Prefer other gluten free options than this one, but I would get it again if I had to in a pinch.

These are pretty good gluten free buns. Texture is moist and doesn’t have that dry gluten free texture.. I would definitely eat these again.

I didn't see a difference between the gluten free hamburger bun of Scar and hamburger buns with gluten. It's great that it is using ancient grains.

I am not a fan of hamburgers but wanted to give it a try. I am not a huge fan of these hamburger buns. Although I could see someone who is gluten free and liked hamburgers enjoying it.

Good substitute as far as taste
If you’re looking for something to give you that taste of a normal hamburger bun, these are a decent choice. I don’t care for a lot of the filler substitutes in them, which make them higher carb count, but for an occasional splurge this definitely satisfied.
