Best gluten free bread I have tried! Also the fact that it is vegan is a plus. Dried out quickly, but that just could have been the store where I purchased.


I love Bread and Udis is now my new Fav.! It is Gluten free and tastes delicious! It is very soft. Great when toasted too. Great that it's wheat and nut free. Love that.


The Udi's new soft white bread had the correct texture but not the flavor of regular bread. I felt it also made my blood sugar rise giving me the I have to eat now feeling. Perhaps too much tapioca starch in the recipe. That being said it did allow me to have a sandwich once again and it's been a decade since I went gluten free and it was nice to have a sandwich. I found that if I put protein on the bread it did help balance the blood sugars better- but not so well when I made a vegan sandwich.


I really Liked this bread. It was soft and it had a great flavor. great for making sandwiches and french toast. I have told my friends and family about this bread and they have bought this and loved it. I will be buying iy again.


I liked the texture of the bread. I did not like the small size. I would purchase again if I had a coupon. Not many stores carry the product in stock.
