I purchased the multi-grain variety and I really enjoy it! I like the fact that it is kept in the freezer so it lasts forever. I ate two slices this morning toasted with avocado & it was delectable.


I really like Udis gluten free bread. They taste is good, and it has a nice crunch to it, just the way I like it. Even though it has a nice crunch, my Udis gluten free bread was soft too.


Gluten free products have certainly come a long way! This bread was actually pretty tasty when toasted. Still fairly dense, it waa almost like a giant melba toast, which I liked. With peanut butter.


This is the first time I tried udis gluten free bread. I tried the soft white sandwich bread. The bread consistency is very similar to what regular white bread is. I was not to fond of the texture but I enjoyed it much better toasted. The loaf is a bit on the small side and for the price. By itself the taste is a bit strong but when used for things like french toast and sandwiches it is much better.


This bread is the best tasting gluten free bread out there. Soft with a great texture. I would definitely recommend it. I think most people would enjoy this product even if they don’t eat gluten free normally.
