Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

My family tried the Seeds & Grains loaf and loved the abundance of seeds on the bread. It was hearty and full of texture, but also only 70 calories per slice! It was a little dry due to it coming from the freezer, so I wouldn't eat it room temp for a cold sandwich. I made my bread into a grilled cheese & avocado sandwich which was excellent. The bread held up, did not crack or break and browned beautifully. I'm looking forward to trying the Cinnamon & Raisin loaf and adding honey or butter for breakfast.

I'm usually not too picky about bread but this one was rough to eat. It just wasn't good and no one in my family liked it. The texture was different and just strange. I wouldn't recommend it.

Had this for breakfast with my coffee and it was the best got more to have with my mornings thanks for letting me try it out makes it better to buy them

I liked this bread a lot. It was better than some other brands of gluten free bread I have gotten before like Udi’s. It tasted a bit more flavourful and the texture was more substantial like real wheat bread. I am very impressed with the quality and taste of this product. The cost is a little high but since it’s so healthy and non GMO and tasty I think it is worth it!

This bread was good. I'm not used to the grains and seeds so it took a little getting used to but overall the bread tasted good.My kids liked it a lot.
