Millet & Chia Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, whole millet, whole chia seeds, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

I really enjoyed the taste & texture of your bread. Different, but good. I must say though that no matter how good, I am quite surprised that a single loaf of bread could cost $6.00. No wonder they say its to expensive to eat healthy

I have never tried a refrigerated vegan gluten-free bread before. It was surprisingly good. The texture was delicious and the bread tasted very similar to a regular bread. I would recommend this bread to anyone with a restricted diet. Next time, I would certainly try the other options like the Cinnamon & Raisin Loaf.

I received a free sample of Little Northern Bakehouse gluten free bread from Social Nature in exchange for my honest opinion. This bread is not very fluffy but I l prefer it that way. I personally don't like fluffy bread. It was tasty , not sweet nor salty but really good. I enjoy my morning toast every time. The only reason I am giving him three stars is that I tried to make an French toast and it came out very bad. If you plan your toast breakfast with these bread I would say that's really great choice. All grains adding flavor to it and after toasting it ,it will become your favorite. It is not ordinary bread . It has dense texture and it is covered with seeds which will give nice crunch when toasted.

The San Gluten Delicious bread was delicious. Even if you don't have to eat gluten free, this is a bread to buy. My whole family enjoyed it. Their raisin bread was full of many raisins. Every morning I put a tablespoon of coconut oil on each slice for a healty breakfast. Loved it.
