Millet & Chia Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, whole millet, whole chia seeds, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

This gluten free bread was okay. It wasn't my favourite as it had that gluten free flavour to it and didnt really compare to a non gluten free bread.

Pleasantly surprised by his bread. It’s light and fluffy unlike other gluten free that’s dense and solid. Tried the cinnamon raisin and was the perfect breakfast item. Kept me full all morning. Looking forward to trying the other flavours.

I've tried other gluten free bread and this one was pretty good. My kids ate it no questions asked so they liked it to. I would defiantly buy it again

I received a coupon for a free loaf of Little Northern Gluten free bread in exchange for my review. I selected the Millet and Chia Loaf. I found this to be a tasty bread that I do enjoy making sandwiches with. I also like the fact it is a nearly "normal" size piece of bread. What I mean is it almost the same size as most "wheat breads" instead of puny gluten free breads I've tried in the past. I will definitely try other flavors of this bread in future.

I have found gluten free products before to be heavy and dry but this product was moist and delicious. I got the raisin cinnamon and toasted it with a little bit of ghee and it was wonderful. I will recommend Delicious Gluten Free to friends even if they don't require it. Thank you for allowing me this sample so now I will purchase it in the future.
