It was alright I guess. There wasn't a whole lot of flavour to it. The texture seemed really eggy and the size of the loaf was really small. I tried the cinnamon raisin loaf, and I thought it would be tastier than what it was, I tried the first piece with just butter just because I hate adding extra things to something that doesn't need it, but for my second try I knew I had to add some cinnamon sugar to it. One great thing about it is that it came prefrozen since I personally like to freeze most things I buy, and just take out what I need when I need it. I think the fact that it was prefrozen helped to keep it fresher longer.

Great tasty bread. Never thought gluten free taste so good. Only shortfall is bread mold very quickly in room temperature. Have to consume very quickly.

I chose to get the cinnamon raisin bread and was pleased with the taste and texture being that it is gluten free! I had my niece and nephew and they liked it too.
