Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

I have tried many different types of bread but this bread is very different from others. Because its gluten free i didnt get the usual bloating that other breads give me. The taste was delicious, especially when paired with cold cuts. I would recommend this bread and i will be purchasing it in the future. It is now a staple in my home

This bread had good flavour and there was nothing particularly wrong with it. It just wasn't any better than other Gluten Free breads that I have tried. Definitely tasted better toasted.....to dry to eat untoasted.
