Millet & Chia Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, whole millet, whole chia seeds, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

Seeds & Grains Loaf: Water, gluten free flour blend (modified tapioca starch, potato starch, whole brown rice flour, whole sorghum flour, corn starch), seed and grain mix (sunflower seeds, whole millet, brown rice, flax seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds), sunflower oil, dextrose, psyllium, cane sugar, yeast, pea fibre, modified cellulose, salt, rice bran, cultured cane sugar, vinegar, cellulose gum.

The bread was pretty good but was a bit tooo dense and not as soft as other breads I've had. The price was a little high then other gluten free breads I tried. This brand was a little harder to find then other brands as well.

This was pretty good for a gluten free bread. The size is a bit small though. Its not as soft as regular bread which is the main thing i didnt like about it. But overall it was ok.

I thought it was too dense. Hard to find. Very few stores carry it. For those who need gluten-free this is a good alternative for them. Price point thou is a little high

Really enjoyed this bread... Couldn't tell it was gluten free at all. Found it slightly more pricey that Udi's and some others but worth the price as it tastes way better. I highly recommend it.

I liked the bread except gluten must be a vital ingredient as the taste and texture felt a bit lacking and I would honestly have to say I will be sticking with avoiding bread and making do without.
