I was surprised with the texture of this bread. I expected it to be dry and crumble but it was actually soft. I made a cold sandwich and also toasted some with butter. I preferred the toasted bread but it was good cold as well. Way better than other gluten free breads I have tried. It is a little expensive for a loaf so unless you have celiac or are on a gluten free diet O probably wouldn't buy it very often.

Long lasting gluten free bread
I am supporting a gluten-free friend, and I have this loaf of bread to them. I noticed that it comes sealed in a plastic inside of the bread bag, which I assume makes it last longer.

This bread is very expensive, almost $10 for a small loaf and the flavor and texture were pretty bad. It did not toast, well. My kids did not want to eat it and I was stuck with leftover pieces. I would rather make my own gluten-free bread for the cost of this bread than to buy this

This gluten-free bread is a decent alternative to regular bread, but the texture is a little dry and dense for my liking. It tastes better when toasted, especially with some butter or spread. It’s convenient, but I think there’s still room for improvement in both taste and softness.
