Verified purchaseGreat texture and taste but it molded quickly
This bread was moist unlike some gluten free breads which tend to be dry. The taste was good and the texture held up well. The only bad thing is that it molded so quickly. Next time I will put it in the freezer.

Great gluten free bread
I tried the wheat bread and it was great bread for a classic tomato sandwich. I notice my stomach upsets with gluten and this is a great alternative to gluten bread.

Great Gluten Free Bread
I had not tried gluten free bread yet but wanted to. This was very good. I wasn't sure how gluten free bread would taste, but this bread does taste good. I would like to start eating more gluten free so this is a good option for bread.

Great bread but very short shelf life
The bread has a pleasant texture and taste and is appreciated by those who cannot have gluten but you have to eat it quickly as the bread has zero shelf life. It catches mold fast. Some unopened loaves at the grocery store had mold on them.

Great for sandwiches
This is a really good gluten-free bread with a nice texture and flavor. It holds together well for sandwiches and taste great toasted as well. Definitely one of the better gluten-free option bread I’ve tried.

Very chewy
The brands overall promise is good, but I did not like the texture of the bread. It was very chewy and difficult to bite and swallow on.. It’s a good option for someone looking for gluten free

Schar Gluten-Free Artisan Bread
This Gluten Free Bread is good, slices are a bit small but the bread holds up well when making a sandwich. Bread is delicious and not like any other gluten free bread.

Not my style
I do love that bread last a very long time, unfortunately it was no for me. The taste wasnt it for me maybe it was the lack of Hilton I’m not sure. My family ate it with sandwiches for something to use

Heavy and gets moldy quickly
I was really surprised at how moldy this bread got, even in the fridge within such a short period of time. Maybe I didn't close it well enough but still. It's a pretty hefty bread. I used it for grilled cheese and it was just dense. My taste was fine and texture was fine otherwise... A bit chewy but not bad. I guess dense and chewy is a thing?

I actually really like this bread and have bought it several more times. I don't have to eat Gluten Free but I like the texture and flavor and figure it can't hurt to have gluten free.
