My obstetrician said I was low in iron during my pregnancy. These are very gentle and doesn't give me any neasea. So far my iron level is great after taking these for a few months. I don't have to up my dosage and I will buy them again in the future!
Just like what it said on the bottle. Gentle on my body. I felt good taking them. It did not cause constipation. I avoid using other OTC ones because they are harsher on my body. If this product was a bit cheaper, and widely available, I would love to keep buying this.

I felt the iron supplement was effective. I did find the capsules challenging to swallow and had one break open so would suggest a smaller size if possible.
This is a fabulous iron supplement! I now do not use any other brand except this one! Wow! It doesn’t bother my stomach, I feel like I’m getting more iron than any other one I have tried!
