Good lettuce. We tried it a couple different way. Once as a salad and cut up as toppings for other meals. Tasted fresh and crisp right out of the container.

Honestly I never really ate microgreens a lot, but I like having them when I eat out.... I now have access to them and put them on an omelette, sandwich, just throw it randomly as a topping. They also last surprisingly long!

These microgreens are great for added nutrients. It's cleaned and ready to eat with no washing needed. They don't use pesticides and easy to eat a pinch weekender you want. The are crunchy and full of flavor.
