Truly Mild Mint flavor

I haven't used it long enough to comment on whitening capabilities. The thing I did notice was the very mild taste of the toothpaste. My store had just 2 types of Davids toothpaste and I chose the one that was Mild Mint. I have tried lots of brands, looking for one that doesn't burn my mouth, and this one really does have just a bit of mint flavoring. I also appreciate that it's vegan and not tested on animals.
