Great quality but a bit expensive
It’s nice to support smaller farms compared to big store brands. Works the same and didn’t notice a difference in flavor. My only suggestion is freeze any extra if storing for long periods. It’s natural and not heavily processed so noticed a couple of bugs… Not a big deal, sifted the flour and was fine. Just fyi if you don’t bake regularly (like me).
