This product was fresh and easy to handle. I used it as a meat replacement substitute but my family was not as into it as I was. I did enjoy that the tofu was able to absorb the flavors I added.
this firm tofu is perfect for frying with veggies or baked into lasagne. I also made pho at home with it, all of the above were delicious. Organic soy is a plus!
This was my first time trying tofu, and while it took me while to get used to the taste, I could not get used to the texture, and I cooked it multiple different ways.
I used this in a wonderful stir fry. My husband claims not to like tofu, so I didn't tell him. He thought the stir fry was great! He was surprised when I revealed the "secret ingredient."
Itwas ok. Realized not a fan of tofu. But for others who like tofu, it would be great in dishes that call for fried tofu. Also, would be great marinated.
