Firm Tofu was very easy to cut and to add into recipes instead of meat. My husband and I are not tofu lovers but when adding the tofu into casseroles or stews we found that it blended well with the sauces and we enjoyed eating it. We are not going to give up eating meat but since tofu is such a healthy option we will definitely use it in place of meat every so often.

I tried the Extra Firm Tofu from Nasoya. It has great consistency, and it worked great as a meat substitute for my stir-fry recipe. I'd buy it again.
This is a very good product to work with of you use tofu on a regular basis. I like how firm it was and good texture. I would definitely buy it again.
Easy to use. We had it baked, it was pretty good. Will be trying more tofu recipes. Maybe teriyaki next. I would recommend it to my friend and family.
