I have tried a lot of tofu that claims to be firm at once I began cooking they fall apart before they are out of the wrapper. Not the case with this tofu. It help up nicely while being pan fried. This tofu sold up flavors very well.

This was ok. Not my favorite meat substitute but it would work in a pinch. I used this in a stir fry dish. There was nothing that stood out above other brands.
