Very easy to use, exactly as described, personally havenât noticed any substantial differences but my immune system is already pretty good. I just like to keep it top notch :)

It was really hard to feel any different with just 3 doses. So, I really canât say wether it works or not.Taste wasnât bad. Just wish we received more.

I really enjoyed this product this product has great health benefits i enjoy that if you have a cold it will give you a boost i pour the packet in my smoothie drink very fresh taste overall great.

Tasted okay, benefits are TBD. Couldnât really feel any effectiveness with this sample, perhaps need to get a bigger product to know. Itâs also a bit pricey
It was fine, I mixed it into my hot tea when I wasn't feeling well. Unfortunately I don't feel like it really gave me any sort of boost, but it was smooth.
