Honestly this was my first time trying this products. The price was a little too pricey for me, but since I had the extra money I chose to buy it. Its not something I would buy all the time, but its something I would try once in a while if I'm in the mood for it. Texture was not something I'm used too, but it did taste ok.

I like it but its quite flavorless. The fruit is fresh but not sweet so i dont know the timing of when they pick the fruit. I had to add sugar defeats the purpose I think

This bowl definitely gave me energy, I was kind of sugared up. But it also contained some b12 and as a vegetarian, I rely on supplements to access this nutrient so it is very useful to have it included in this bowl. The flavor was great and I especially liked the added crunchies.
