VERY NICE GRUYERE

Small
It is a much smaller block of cheese than I expected. I wanted to grate it into mashed potatoes, but this snack size cheese is difficult to grate. Maybe if you have one of the spinning graters like you see in restaurants, it might work better.
It melted nicely on a piece of bread I put in oven
but I was not familiar with expensive but mild cheese like this from Switzerland as this is what you might serve company with wine or fruit.
Excellent and creamy cheese
Excellent cheese - very creamy and rich. I ate it with grapes and crackers and would absolutely buy this again to either serve to others for a snack or even as a whole meal for myself!
Sharp and creamy
This is a cheese for real cheese lovers. The texture is similar to a cheddar but A creamier, less crumbly texture. I would love to try it melted, but I couldn't help but snack on the whole block! A dream for a charcuterie board!

Me Gruyère Cheese
Melts very well. I used the Emmi Le Gruyère cheese to make my macaroni & cheese. It makes it creamy and delicious. I would definitely buy this brand again!
Flavorful!
I loved it it was everything a good gruyere should be - rich and creamy with a subtle nutty flavor. It melted beautifully on my toasted baguette. This would be a useful cheese to keep on hand for sauces, sandwiches, and as a standalone snack.
Amazing cheese
My boyfriend and I used this every time we had a sandwich/wrap. Great flavor, cuts perfectly with an osthevel. I just wish it was bigger even that makes me greedy!
