Baked Avocado and Egg Rolls


Egg rolls:

  • 24 Nasoya® Egg Roll Wraps
  • 2 large avocados, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 4 tbsp chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp of very finely diced garlic
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Small bowl with water for sealing

Dipping sauce:

  • 1 small ripe peeled avocado
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)


  1. In a large mixing bowl, lightly stir together the chopped avocado, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, garlic, red onion, salt, and pepper, taking care to not mash the avocado pieces too much.
  2. Preheat the oven to 450°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Working one wrap at a time, place 1 tablespoon of filling in the top third of the egg roll wrap. Brush the edges with water and roll like a burrito. Seal with more water. Place on a baking sheet and repeat until all of the filling has been used.
  4. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the tops are lightly browned.
  5. For dipping sauce: Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. Season with additional salt, pepper, and hot sauce if desired.

These egg roll wrappers are really good. They dont take long to cook and crisp up very well. It was very easy to use. Even after frying toasted ravioli the wraps were fairly light.


Very good! I used these to make desserts with nutella and strawberries. They baked nicely in the oven. They came out even colored and nice and crispy.


I loved this! I was easy to make as well as very savory. I used an online recipe and looking forward to buying it again! Very easy to use. I used soy sauce as a dip as well as cabbage pork and veggies in it.


Very tasty when fried they have a great crunch. We did some with fruit and we did some the pork and veggies. I would definitely recommend this to the fellow cooker


Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps are delicious and can be filled with a variety of foods. In this instance, I filled them with grilled shrimp, ginger, cabbage, green onions and carrots and seasoned the mixture with sesame oil and oyster sauce! Deep frying the Egg Rolls resulted in a perfectly crispy and golden crust. Yum! They were so good and complemented my homemade Shrimp Fried Rice and Sesame Shrimp. My family raved about the Egg Rolls and said they were even better than the ones from our favorite Chinese Food Restaurant. Next time I plan to use Nasoya Egg Roll Wraps for dessert and make Apple Turnovers (similar to McDonald’s). What I love even more about these Wraps is they’re easy to use, are NON-GMO and do NOT contain MSG. Also they keep great in the freezer until you’re ready to use them.
