Cranberry Pecan Chia Protein Bites
In a medium bowl, mix together almond butter, raw honey and sea salt until combined. Sprinkle in chia seeds, sesame seeds, oats, pecans, cranberries and cocoa nibs, then stir together until fully incorporated.
Form into a tight ball and chill in refrigerator for an hour.
Remove and with a spoon or spring-loaded ice-cream scoop, scoop tablespoon size chunks of dough and form into balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a sealable plastic container. Eat right away or put back in the refrigerator to chill.
I was unable to try this product as there are no stores near me that sell it. Perhaps your products need to be in more accessible stores. I'm disappointed.
Had a good flavour, a tad on the sweet side for me but im a pretty big fan of tart, was great on salads though! Not quite as low in carbs/sugars as I need for my daily diet, but a nice treat, and would definitely purchase in store :)
Really good, not too sweet. I put them in my salad and in my cereal. I like that i can give some to my diabetic child. I used to buy another brand but now I changed.
Great as a snack as is. I like that they are sweetened with apple juice and are not sickly sweet like some dried cranberries are. I like adding them to my cereal or salads.
Enjoyed these as a snack and added to cereal and oatmeal in the morning. My kids ate them too! Am also g I got to make a trail mix and add them to it!
