The packs are not sweet at all, which is good for controlling how sweet I want my smoothie to be. But I can’t even taste the dragonfruit flavor. I don’t find anything impressive about the nutrition either… but overall, it’s a convenient addition to my smoothie and turns my smoothie into a pretty, pink color.
