Really helped with digestion
I take before meals.....and often a few more times during the day or evening with a bit of water. Good to swish around in the mouth before swallowing. It really helps with my digestion without bloating
Great product
I tried this digestive aid product for the first time and it for the month. I have tried several digestive aids but none of them seem to do the work in reducing bloating. This certainly helped a lot!

Good but hesitant
Hesitant to consume a lot. When i took them i did not see much of a difference but that could be because i dont like to take supplements like this daily.

It works for me
I am very skeptical of this kind of product, but have been trying it on and off for months, and have had positive results. I sometimes have digestion problems due to the combination of medications I take, and have found that this product calms everything down, with no noticeable bad side effects. I am now looking to find it in local stores (which is difficult, so I may have to buy it online).
Worked ok for bloating
I didn't notice much effect for other symptoms other than bloating. I would say this product did help bloating issues but didn't notice much difference for heartburn. I didn't have any nausea while taking this product so don't know how helpful it would be for nausea.
