I love mac and cheese but have high standards so my reviews are always a little skewed in both directions. I thought for dairy free mac though, that this was pretty dang good! I almost always cook a veggie in my pasta water and add some extra seasoning. With my standard fixins' this was yummy!

I've tried the Deluxe Daiya mac n cheese boxes which I liked a lot more than this. These tasted really salty to me, and the sauce was pretty thin. It's great for a quick meal after a long day, but not the healthiest or even the tastiest. I'd go for the Deluxe version next time.
