Good texture
Daiya does a good job getting the same meltiness as regular cheese. Great mac and cheese option cannot tell it is dairy free. Good convenient option just add a protein and veggie to balance it out.

I thought the Daiya dairy-free Mac and cheese was pretty good. The garlic flavor was very subtle and I didn’t miss the dairy aspect of the Mac and cheese. The overall flavor was good.

i don't eat too many dairy free products so i was curious to try this mac & cheese. i enjoyed both the texture and favor of this mac. however, i do still prefer dairy mac & cheese
A Great Dairy Free Mac and Cheese
Daiya completely nailed it with this Garlic Mac. The sauce is insanely rich, creamy, and has a rich garlic flavor that doesn't taste artificial at all. The gluten free pasta actually holds its texture instead of turning to mush, and the liquid sauce pouch makes prep effortless. It's comfortable, incredibly flavorful and easily satisfies a real cheese craving. Absolutely a staple n my pantry now!
Great dairy free option
Good mac&cheese option dairy-free eaters, taste is good and cheese substitute melts a well and evenly. Cooks well and is fast option for pasta.
Light on garlic but good
For being dairy free, it’s a pretty good Mac and cheese. I would like the cheese packet to be a bit bigger with more garlic flavor. It’s conveniently packaged for cooking.
