The cheese itself is tasty but I dont really taste the flavor that it says it is on the package. It doesn't melt as well as it could unless you heat it up really well. Its convenient though and I like that its shredded

Melts beautifully
I've been looking for a nice alternative to traditional shredded cheese to reduce using animal products. This cheese is a nice size, and it melts really well. Stringy, smooth cheese. The initial taste is a bit more like American Cheese, but it finishes well. I wish it tasted more like a sharp aged cheddar, but will continue to use!

I feel like this is the closest I’ve found to real cheese lately. I love the different flavor options and even better, it actually melts! It does take a few extra seconds compared to normal cheese, but it melts!

I love organic foods and plant base because organic goods are very well for humans healthy and freshness. I used this product with regular cheese.

Melts well but meh on taste
I like that this product is dairy free and has good calcium content. However, I did not care for the texture when I opened the package, although it does melt well. I used it in an omelette and don’t think the flavor enhanced my it. It was pretty bland.
