It's a good option
As a person who has lactose intolerant, I really like this Dairy-Free Cheese by Daiya Foods. I tried the Mozzarella shreds and it melted like other dairy cheese. The taste and texture are so good.

Tasty cheese
Hard to believe this is vegan cheese. Tastes the same and reacts the same as conventional cheese. It’s more expensive but if you want a vegan option it’s a good alternative.

I really like the cheese slices when I make grilled cheeses. They hit the spot when I’m craving something cheesy. It’s so great that there are so many vegan options for cheese!

Bleh
This was not good. I tried it once on top of a tofu scramble and it did not taste good at all. This "cheese" also went bad very quickly. I would have had more time with normal cheese. Unlike traditional cheese it has a lot of ingredients and is more processed so i think ill stick to normal cheese for now.

I cooked this into an Alfredo pasta dish and it melted just fine and nobody could taste the difference. I love that it makes the dish healthier without compromising taste.

Delicious melty shredded mozarella
I purchased the shredded mozzarella to add to my pizza and was super impressed. It tasted and looked just like dairy cheese. I will definitely buy again!

I made homemade pizza with this, and was pleasantly surprised at the texture and that it looked just like melted cheese. Also tastes pretty good too!
