I use collagen everyday and this makes it much better. I love all the added benefits which makes it easier than taking a bunch of other vitamins.

I will say, this isn't as dissolvable as vital proteins. You DO have to break up some clumpy bits. But for all the benefits, I was shocked that it didn't have a yucky taste or texture. This product really does deliver! I do think that the big bag is a better value than the sticks, but the portions are convenient.
