Honesty what I will say is that it was easy to mix in but did not see any changes in myself not sure how effective oral collagen is and probably wouldn't buy again

I like this product. It is tasteless and can be mixed into whatever you want. I have been mixing it into my Everyday Dose Protein+ Coffee. It has really filled me up for a little while. I feel like I'm "being healthy" by using it.

Clean collagen
I love that’s it’s only collagen and nothing else added. I add about one teaspoon to my coffee daily. A bag lasts me about a month or so. I think I do notice some difference in my skin and hair.
