Quesava was started after an inspirational trip to Brazil where the founder fell in love with the very traditional Brazilian recipe called Pão de Queijo. She came back to Vancouver with a bag full of ideas and created Quejos, which you now know as Quesava. The flour used is a mix of ancient knowledge of processing flour out of the Cassava Root with a modern twist of adding a few ingredients - creating their own dough!

Cheese Poppers are a two-bite lunch, snack, side or canape that are convenient and easy to reheat. They’re a decadent, cheesy partner to soups, chilis, stews and salads, a sophisticated, artisan alternative to chips, fries or wedges, and a quick, easy party food with dips, sauces and salsas.

Our Plant-based Pockets bring the flavours of the world village and farmers markets to your meal. With samosas, ravioli and perogies there is an option for all palettes.
