A mild, bur good breakfast sausage
The sausage had mild savory flavor. The flavor was more subtle than I had in my mind, but I was happy with it since it meant to be a healthier alternative
Great way to start a morning
I enjoyed this great flavorful sausage. It was a great way to start off my morning along with a great accompaniment to my eggs and toast. The sausage had great flavor it was not too salty which is a problem that I have with many of the other brands. I also like the fact that it has zero nitrates.
Savory and Satisfying
I was a bit skeptical in trying these uncured sausages, but idk if I can go back to the preservative packed brand I’ve been buying. These were savory and satisfying. I’d like to try the patties next.

I am happy to find a sausage product that doesn't have shy in eat and taste good. Also, it cooks up nicely. It is always good to know that the pigs were treated humanely. After such a great experience, I am looking forward to trying other products by this company.
