Leftover Turkey Pho Recipe OR: What to do with ALL those turkey leftovers?

You’ve celebrated Thanksgiving (or Friends-giving!) showed your gratitude to the loved ones around you and gobbled up lotsa food. There’s still tons of turkey left in your fridge — so what now? Our friends at Ocean’s Halo shared this delicious recipe using your turkey leftovers:

Leftover Turkey Pho

Serves 3-4 people

Ingredients:
1 box of Ocean’s Halo Rice Noodles
1 32 oz. box of Ocean’s Halo Pho Broth
2 cups of leftover cooked turkey, shredded
Optional garnishes: 1 jalapeno pepper, 1 lime, basil leaves to taste, bean sprouts
to taste, cilantro leaves to taste, Sriracha to taste

Directions:
1. Prepare Ocean’s Halo Rice Noodles as directed on side panel of the box.
Drain water and set aside noodles when cooked.
2. Separately heat broth in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer.
3. Once broth simmers, add Turkey and let simmer for 5 minutes or until turkey is fully heated.
4. Add noodles to the saucepan, and serve with garnishes!
