Brrr! We’ve officially hit a cold snap here at SocialNature’s HQ. With temperatures dropping below zero it’s the perfect time for cozy sweaters and hot drinks… except the endless sunshine we are also getting keeps reminding us that we aren’t ready for winter yet!
With our Camino Hot Chocolate Campaign in full swing we decided the best way to celebrate was to use the seasonal goodness of hot chocolate and our hearts yearning for summer to create something chocolate-y, mint-y, delicious, and… frozen.
The end result is magic. All the chocolate mint taste of winter and the holiday season, and filled with healthy goodness to eliminate any guilt. This rich and creamy treat is a great way to pay homage to summer while still setting the mood for the blustery winter to come. Plus, with chia seeds it’s filled with healthy omega-3 fats, and the spinach adds a boost of fibre and iron.
