It's an okay product!
I really appreciated trying this product. After finishing the capsules, I hadn't noticed that much of a difference in going to the bathroom.

Great product!
After using the product for a month, I do notice subtle differences in a good way! I feel as though this vitamin has helped my overall bladder health and function and would recommend people who bladder issues try this product!
Very effective
It’s really worked for me!! I had an over active bladder for over 10 years, where I had severe urge to go pee. I couldn’t move or I would lose urine immediately. It only took one bottle to stop that severe sudden and I’m on my second bottle now showing even more better result.
I used the whole bottle and didnt notice much of a change. Just a little less bathroom trips but I was expecting more bladder control. Wishing I would go back to before the baby.
Appears to have decreased my night time waking up to pee so that is a good effect. Will have to try for longer to see if this effect stays or goes away.

I ordered this for a family member to see if it would help her have uninterrupted sleep at night and help her stop having to get up multiple times throughout the night. It worked very quickly for her. Within 3 days if taking it for the first time she noticed a significant change in her night time bathroom wake up calls. She will be using this product regularly and enjoying restful sleeps at night.
I tried this product post partum (aka the worst time for bladders) and it did seem to help. I only tried it for about two weeks so I don’t know if it would help long term, but a short fix for a temporary problem is fantastic.
