No need to swallow and some overall benefits
There were no major issues with this productno major issues with this product I just did not like the texture when it started dissolving. I did not notice any benefits like hair growth when taking but not sure how quickly the effects are supposed to occur. I did feel that I was doing something to benefit my overall health when taking these.

I’m really impressed by the quality of this product! I’ve gotten so many compliments on my hair and I’ve noticed my nail have been growing like crazy. The only remark is the flavor tastes a lot like artificial sweetener which I think is unnecessary, but what do I know.
