It was easy to take and didn’t give me that quesy feeling. I noticed that I hade every one I began taking these. I wish I saw more hair growth but I will continue to take them to see what happens. I would definitely buy.
Hair and nails growing well at last!
I like this Biotin because it actually works!I had gastric bypass in 2017 and since then, my hair has been much thinner so my doctor suggested Biotin. And it worked!

Strong fingernails I can see!
